Corinthian Transportation Service Terms and Conditions
This document contains the terms and conditions between
Corinthian Ground Transportation Services (CGTS) and the Client. This contract
shall be deemed to be fully in forced when booking transportation with CGTS. The
client is therefore requested to carefully read all documents to ensure they
understand the terms and conditions.
Overview
Quote Validity and Availability:
All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is guaranteed during this period. However, dates and availability are
not guaranteed until the quote is formally accepted and confirmed in writing.
All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and
availability may change at any time.
Request Acceptance: To initiate the booking
process, the client must request acceptance of the quote. Once this request is
received, CGTS will confirm availability and send confirmation once the booking
has been entered into our system. No booking is confirmed until this confirmation
is provided by CGTS.
Confirmation: Client will receive a Charter
Confirmation Letter from bookings@corinthiantransportation.com
upon booking transportation with CGTS.
Review: Client must review the Charter
Confirmation Letter upon receipt and provide a deposit of 50% of the total
charter price immediately to reserve the vehicle(s) for the charter date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the charter date, along
with a complete itinerary. If the booking is made within 7 days of the
charter date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Changes: If the Client requests itinerary changes
and they are approved, the Client will be responsible for any additional hourly
charges.
Driver’s Role: The Driver will be instructed to
strictly follow the agreed upon itinerary. The Driver has no authority to make
changes to the trip schedule without approval from CGTS Office. Changes can be
made by phone at (408) 377-5466 or via email at bookings@corinthiantransportation.com.
Regulations: CGTS must abide by the rules and regulations from The Department of Transportation regarding driver’s “on duty” and “off duty” restrictions.
Payments Terms

fees such as small gratuity, administrative fees, and fuel surcharges. This
rate does not include additional charges that may arise during or after
the charter—such as tolls, parking, park or stadium entrance fees, Time Overrun
Charge, excessive cleaning fees, or damage-related costs. These charges will be
invoiced separately if incurred. Please refer to the Additional Charges below
for a detailed explanation of these potential fees.
Deposit: The Client must provide a deposit of 50%
of the total charter price immediately upon receiving the Charter
Confirmation Letter. This deposit is required to secure the vehicle(s) for the
charter date. If the booking is made within 7 days of the charter date, full
payment is required at the time of booking.
Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior
to the charter date.
Final Bill: The final bill will be due immediately after the event and will include
any additional charges, cleaning fees, damages fees, cancellation fees, or any
additional fees incurred. The client will be sent a final invoice to determine
if additional charges are required.
Payment Methods: Payment shall be made via credit
card using the online client portal, with email receipts provided by CGTS. If
you wish to pay via ACH, Check or Cash, please give us a call at (408) 377-5466.
